With over 20 years in HR and 18 in talent, learning and organisational development, I bring experience, creativity and practical tools to every programme or workshop. I focus on open, honest relationships and creating safe spaces for growth and change.
I love helping individuals, teams and organisations achieve what truly matters to them. My approach starts with building genuine, trusting relationships and creating space for open, honest conversation. From there, we can explore challenges, shift perspectives, and set realistic yet stretching goals together.
For me, it’s always about the people, seeing ideas spark action, inspire confidence, and lead to lasting results.
